61.5 Spot Beams 13 and 11

I'm getting my locals (Buffalo) on 61.5, Transponder 13 - Spot 4.

I'm also seeing a Spot beam on 11. Where is this?
It seems to come in as strong as my HD locals on 13.

look at "the list" at top of the site maps for all the spots are there.

I would appreciate it if you could post the signal strengths for the spots you receive. They moved the beams a little north and I am working on remapping. Buffalo is one of the areas that I am using as a reference point. I am getting close to having enough data to complete the work but need just a little bit more.

closest spotbeam on 11 is Philly

For Nelson61, Buffalo HD Spots come in at 21, (TP13, S4) where if it is Philly (TP11, S4) it comes in at 10 points higher at 31. Seems strange, but looks like a "move is in my future.
