612 problem

I recently exchanged my 622 for two 612s. All is well except that my local CBS station KEYE 42 doesn't come in OTA on either 612. I have program info and my signal strength is about 87%. Sound comes in fine but no picture. This is only on the main channel 42.1. I actually get their substation 42.2 just fine...picture and sound. Anyone else have this problem or any ideas as to why this is happening?

By the way this is with HDMI or component video cables, I've tried both. Also the digital tuners in both my HDTV's pick up the station OTA correctly so I know it has something to do with the 612s. Any help is greatly appreciated.

If you get 87% signal and -2 is coming in, and its happening on 2 receivers, I'd say the problem is with KEYE. If you have another digital tuner (or a friend in the area) check it. If the other tuner is working, I'd say you have a bug with the 612, try a power plug reboot and if that doesn't work, call dish. You may also try deleting and rescanning the channel.

42.1 comes in just fine on the digital tuners in both of my HDTVs so I'm guessing it's a problem with my 612s.

It does. Call Dish. Their Tech Support probably have a structured set of steps to try.
