622 and 522 questions??

I currently have a 522 and two 510 receivers. Would my monthly bill change more than the $10 increase from AEP to HD PLatinum if I switched one of the 510 receivers for a 622 ( then I would have a 622,a 522 and one 510).
Also, would I need to pay for a new switch to handle 5 tuners?

Not sure about the rate increase. As far as your 2nd question, I've seen a lot of instances where the customer had to pay for the new switch. Presumably you're running a quad (Legacy or DP) and/or DP34 switch. Going beyond the "standard 4-room" install does create some problems for both the customer and Dish.
