Anyone else notice that the screen flashes black as you rewind or go forward? My 942 didn't do that. Its not that bothersome but I just noticed it. My caller ID isn't working either but I know thats a known problem, no biggie either.

Yup, HDMI/DVI. Its weird and didn't happen before. Its not a big deal at all just something I noticed. It rewinds and fast forwards just find but after you hit the rewind or FF button it flashes black quickly and then begins to rewind or FF. Strange...
My HDMI connection did that to me when I would do that. Try unplugging the HDMI from 622, count to 10, and then plug it back in. That seemed to do the trick for me.
I think it's just a different way of getting to the "starting" frame (P-frame?).
My 921 used to jump FORWARD. I like the 622 method as it makes it easier to single-step when you want to.
