622 aspect ratio?

I just got the 622 installed and whenever I switch from a HD channel to SD, the aspect ratio changes to 4:3. However all HD channels come in 16:9? Is this normal? My old 508 had all channels coming in at 16:9? My setup is as follows:

Dish 1000 (129, 110, 119)
Dish 500 (148)
Runco Vx 1000c Projector (16:9 aspect ratio)

On the 622, you can set independent "format" views for HD and SD content.

For instance, my aspect ratio / format for HD is "normal". For SD, it's "stretched".

I personally hate stretched SD, but those with projectors need to do it so they don't get burn in.

I believe if you hit the * then use the page down it will change the SD portion while hitting page up will change the hd portion.
