622 billing question - platinum

Trying to figure out if the following is correct billing for 2 leased 622's. Both are connected to a phone line. Should I still be billed a leased receiver fee?

I thought you would get two lease fees.

No lease fee when you have Platnum.

They just call it an additional receiver fee for the second 622. The first one has the lease fee.

I have 4 receivers(622,921, 4900, JVC-DVHS). The Platinum/wlocals covers the 4900. I then pay $6 for the 622 and $5 for the other 2 owned receivers. i believe you are being overcharged and one of your 622s should be covered by the Platinum fee.

Called dish for clarification. Went thru billing first. Think I wound up somewhere on the Indian Subcontinent. Was told they would need to transfer me to technical support. Got thru to technical support. She was much more helpful but said the charge applies. I'm not conviced yet, will send an email to ceo. I get the feeling that any question at dish that requires more than an automated response is only addressed (correctly or incorrectly) by technical support. But at least they are willing to try to help. If they ever ship technical calls to India they will lose me as a customer.
