Try menu 6-3 & look for lost locks. There is no way for you to reset the counter.

Try menu 6-3 & look for lost locks. There is no way for you to reset the counter.

There are always lost locks even if you have perfect signal.

And on the contrary there is a way on VIP receivers.

Menu>6>1>3> then select details.

It gives the time and date of the previous signal values on both tuners for transponders 14,15,16. Very helpful for technicians when troubleshooting.

You cannot do this on a non-VIP receiver.
