622 for "free"

I just got a call from E and they wanted to let me have a 622 for $199.99 and then would credit $200 to my bill when they received my 942 back. So the upgrade would be "free" except you had to pay upfront with a credit or debit card and the $200 credit would be to your bill not the card you used. Anyone else get a phone call like this?
