622 going bad

I guess my 622 is biting the dust. I started getting the SBSOD after the L356 update. I thought it might have gotten a bit better after changing the auto shut down but it did not. It crashed itself 8 times yesterday while trying to watch 3 recorded events. Needless to say, I was not amused. I called Dish after the 2nd crash and they admitted it is a "known issue" with the 622. After telling how I had tried all the soft and hard restarts the agreed to replace it. But I don't know what that will cure if it is a "known issue". I have just as good a chance of getting abnother that still has the issues as one that doesn't have it. Great choice, thanks Dish. But don't get my wrong, I am not really bashing the 622, it is great when it works, the best I have ever had from Dish. But damn, why can they not get these things right before they ship them.
