622 Guide Displaying No Info available

Today my 622 is displaying no info available on the guide for my locals after 6pm. I have 7 days of guide, but each day is like this.

Any solutions to force a download?

Try a powerboot (hold power button down till it reboots).

If a power reset doesn't do it, then do a check switch. (Menu-6-1-1)

Tulsa HD locals are on 129. With the 129 issue yesterday locals were removed so they would default to the SD channel
This morning they (HD locals) came back but to get a further guide do as above (check switch or reboot) or wait til tomorrow morning. The 3:00 update will update the locals
