622 mauual in single pdf file?

The 622 manual on Dish web site in multiply pdf's. Anyone know where a copy of the manual is in just one pdf file?

I don't understand why they want to post as multiply vs. one file anyway.

That just talks about software that lets you combine them. I am looking for it already combined.

I have the pdf, it is over 34mb, as I recall I had to download all the individual pdfs and then convert them to a single pdf with a little program I have.
