625 "No Info. Available"

I have had a problem with my 625 for the past few weeks. It keeps saying no info available for most channels and will not update. I have tried to reset with no luck. Also am having a problem with all old episodes of timers recording even though only new episodes are set. Please Help.

^^ I have 625...& it occasionally do the same specially recording of old episode inspite of the timer set to record only new. Try to to 611 & Check switch. Make sure that the test progress is same for both the tuners (as per my installers..it should be progressing the same otherwise there is a problem). Once it completes...it will force DL of guide.

Also make sure that you have automatic schedule update on. The default is at 3AM. I have seen that some of the timers issue go away when I check in the morning so I guess the updates help.
