625 on the same account as hopper?

I just had a hopper with sling and 3 joeys installed yesterday. Replacing a VIP722K. I also have a 625 I own. Can I have that active on the same account as my hopper? The tech left it hooked up but deactivated it. Can I just reactivate?

Dish will not let you activate it on a Hopper account. You would need a second account for it.

As Bobby said No.They do not allow mixing of older equipment with the Hopper and Joeys.

Get a 211 & ehd. They will let you do that.

I've ran into this before & it is definitely a no go. The 211 is the only receiver that can be on the same account & must be purchased.

Guess it's time to sell the 625 and try and get a cheap 211
