I just upgraded my old receiver with a brand new 625, I have a dish 500 with dual lnbfs going into switch 21 with one line going into the house that connects to a splitter in the back of the receiver. I keep getting a switch error, so only one tuner is working. I dont have a second tv hooked up yet, could that be the reason? Also if i recorded one show and try to watch another, it wont do it, because of the switch problem, and the picture in picture mode wont work, it just says aquraing satellite signal, witch it never gets. so it has to be the switch. I had no problems with my old single tuner receiver. Any ideas?

You lnbs are legacy equipment. If you are going to use legacy lnbs for a 625 you need 2 lines run. The splitter is not a splitter - its a seperator and it only works with dish pro plus lnbs and switches. In your case you would need 2 sw21 switches and 2 lines. Just replace the lnbs with a DPP twin and that will solve alot of your headaches here. Probually the cheapest as well.
