does the 625 receiver put out BOTH digital and analog signals..????? I have my flat screen toshiba and an old analog phillips on coax coming out of the 625... How does a flat screen do analog at all??
it has no crt in there..??

No; the 625 outputs are strictly analog SD. Most flat screen TVs do have inputs for these signals.

If this is true then why does Dish advertise 100% digital picture??

BECAUSE, the entire stream from ground station to the receiver is digital.

It only has analog outputs to comport with old analog TV's which were the norm when that receiver was introduced.
