The spotbeams are for Alaska and Hawaii.

The channels that are listed on CONUS beams are already there, but the numbers are mapped instead of base numbers. Maybe they're going to move them to three-digit numbers permanently and get rid of the four-digit numbers.

They probably want all the "Platinum" channels to have 3-digit numbers.

The new Alaska channel numbers are from 4301-4347, but three slots are missing channels(4320, 4339 and 4344). 4320 is near the sports channels, so maybe Speed?
