The internationals @ 61.5 finally moving to 8PSK / MPEG4 SD???

I guess dish forgot to tell their current MPEG2/QPSK or MPEG2/8PSK only customers that you now need to upgrade to VIP series HD receivers to get SD internationals.

Its about time but such carelessness on the part of dish to change over without any transition period or advisory channel.
