711 with EHD saving DVR programing

Hey guys
I have a 711 hooked to an auto dish in an RV. I want to know if my scheduled programs for recording on a EHD will be retained when I turn off the reciever when I move from place to place?

Yes they will record. Timers are stored in receiver's memory. Unplugging does not erase them.

yeah they'll be retained. I moved my 211k outside to reaim the one dish and when I hooked everything back up inside (including the hard drive) the timers showed back up. Took about 5 minutes after the guide loaded for all timers to be populated but they were there

But if you have a timer set for a program off a spot beam, you won't get it if you move out of the beam area.
