721 - 129 Locals Signal on Signal Strength Screen, Says Signal Lost When On Channel

The 721 says that it has signal on 129 satellite tuner 1 and tuner 2 (transponder 32) on the signal strength screen but when I try to view the channel it tells me that satellite 129 transponder 32 signal has been lost. Anybody else seeing this? I am not having this issue on my two 522 receivers. These are all connected to the same dish and it still gets channel 42 WOSU (satellite 129 transponder 21).

Yeah, I'm getting it too, but on Sat. 110 and 119

Honestly, it didn't start until just after the "FIX" for the smart card authorization issue... and it's just gotten progressively worse.

Right now only a half dozen local channels come in.
Signal strength on both sat's are 85 - 90 % and the bars are green (for locked signal).

What is going on??
