721 Not Downloading EPG - 119 onl

Scott,
Did anyone at Dish ever give an explanation of why those of us with the 721 and access only to the 119 bird have to MANUALLY reset the PVR in order to download the 44 hour guide? Will this be fixed with the SW upgrade?

I think the reason they do this is to save room on the 119 satellite and everyone that purchased a 721 system received a Dish 500 but for those that purchased a standalone 721 without the dish may still have the dish 300. They figure most would have the Dish 500 since it is included in the system.
