Anyone with a 721 ever see their guide looking like this?

The font is smaller, only 6 channels display at a time (7 is normal), the program name and description have while boxes around them, and the record icons (the little red balls) don't display on any of the scheduled programs.

How do you do the 721 NVRAM reset again?

The NVRAM reset will not fix this problem, there is a currupt HTML table inside the 721.

The only way to fix it without opening the box (which I do NOT suggest doing) is to wait for a software update, which will fix the HTML problem.

I would suggest calling Dish and asking for advanced support and tell them your menus look screwed up and even offer to send them your photos via email, the should send you another 721 unit if you do not want to wait another 2 or so weeks for the software update. :)

Yep - did that. They said I should expect a callback from them, probably tomorrow. I can wait for the software update - it's not a HUGE inconvenience. Maybe I can get them to put my receiver ID at the top of the list to get the update? :D

Maybe they will call you back in two weeks to tell you that the new software is out, lol, just had to say that.

Yes my guide has been like that for 2 months now.I have got it approved to exchange but I want to see if it does fix it when we get the new software.
