722 DVR Questions

Unlike my Tivo HD or my old SA8300-HD (Time Warner), when you hit record for a show in progress, the 722 only grabs video from that moment on. The Tivo and 8300 also include anything that's in the review buffer that is part of the show in progress.

Is this the way the 722 is supposed to work? Is their a switch I can set to fix this?

When you first press the record button, do not click on 'OK' but move to select the 'OPTIONS' button. the next screen has an option to 'RECORD ENTIRE EVENT' (at least what is in the buffer).

You can also rewind to the beginning of the program or buffer, then press "Record", and choose
