722 OTA problems

When I record a local station via OTA I lose most of my channel guide.
Let's say the OTA channels are 4-50 after recording I lose all channels from 80- 400 on the guide.
I then need to reboot the system. I know Dish has some software issues on this box is this one of them?

That's a new one to me. Time to call tech support.
 
Go to the Local Channel Setup and delete all the OTA channels. Reboot receiver and then rescan for OTA Locals. Trim the list down to those you actually watch and then try recording again and see what happens.

Save the dentist visit for afterward if that doesn't help...
