Started having audio drop outs today on my my 722k would like to know if anyone else is having this problem? I'm using HDMI out to my Yamaha RX-V1900 receiver. It is on the sat & OTA channels both.

Been discussed before in a few threads. Looks like Dish hasn't sorted out all the HDMI 1.3 specs yet. If you have an optical port (TosLink) on your receiver, run an fiber cable from the DVR to the receiver. No more dropouts!
It's weird how different 722k users have different problems. I have HDMI only to my Denon rcvr and have not had any audio issues. I'm still having the random tuner freeze when I delete off the EHD.
Cleared up
strange thing is that it cleared up late in the evening well after I had written this. I moved everything off my HDD to the ext HDD just in case the unit was about to go belly up.

I've started keeping everything on the RAID drive. I usually stay 1-2 weeks behind due to travel, and don't wanna take the chance losing any.
