I've got the VIP 722k and when the tv 1 is on I can't change the channels on tv 2 but when I shut tv 1 off it works. Anyone have any suggestions?

sounds your tv is causing interference. try a piece of coax and a barrel connector to move the UHF remote antenna away from the tv
