811 and Channel Locks

Just got yet another replacement 811 from Dish and having a weird problem I can't diagnose.

I've setup channel locks to lockout all the stuff we don't ever watch .

Every 24 hours two of my OTA HD channels get locked out. I unlock them and 24 hours later they lock again.

Don't remember seeing anything like that in the forums before... and I did a search with no luck coming up with anything.

Any ideas?

What software version? I am having the same issue happening on version 281.

It's indeed 2.81 which is the same version my old 811 had.

I don't have the box set to upgrade without permission so it stayed on 2.81 because that
was working solid for me.

Thats okay I am stuck at 2.81. I have been in contact with dish for a week. I received a new receiver just before Christmas. 2 days later it died. It had 2.84 and real stable. Sent a new one and it will only get 2.81. Have spent hours on support. Amazing how many different answers you can get. I would change providers but figure they probably all really suck
