811 favorites list gone

While watching an OTA channel yesterday my 811 froze up. It then went through the usual re-boot. When it came back, my list I created in Favorites was gone. I went back to Favorites and the name of the list was blank. I tried to Edit the list and re-checked all the channels that I wanted. When I try to save the list it tells me that the list does not have any channels selected. I go back into the list again and all the channels I checked are now unchecked. I have rebooted the 811 about 5 times. I also can not re-name any List. If I try to re-name a list a bunch of strange characters come up instead of the name that I entered. The guide still shows All Channels and Sub Channels.

Do a hard reboot, pull the plug from the wall for about 5 minutes then plug back in a start.

Hard Reboot = Plug out of wall
Soft Reboot = Hold down power button
