811 reverts back to address # 1

Seems like I saw this posted a while back (but I may be thinking of my own post or drempt it ).
For no reason that I can think of, my 811 randomly reverts back to remote address # 1 every so often. I think it's happened maybe 4 or 5 times in last 6 months. Anyone else experienced this or know anything about it ? It's a pain because it waits just long enough so I've forgotten how to reset it and have to dig out the manual.

I had it happen to me.
But I think the reason is because my remote is on my bed and when I roll over it probably random keys are pressed and it gets changed. (or my kid plays with the remote)

It may be getting reset from a software update. Just a guess.
