Given that it is on a transponder that was just added, I'd guess it isn't particularly interesting to customers.

I'm betting it is some sort of testing stream to verify operation of a newly turned up transponder.

To assume that every action is going to bring something new and interesting from the end-user standpoint is to invite a whole lot of disappointment.
