921 Pre Installation question

HI all

We have an installer coming out in 2 weeks, but I think the 921 will arrive next tuesday. I dont really care to install it myself as I need 2 new lines for it, but I am wondering if I can connect it to my tv, power it up to make sure its working, and make the phisical connection to my tv easier for the installer. Or should I just wait lol.

It won't hurt anything to connect it up to the TV/Stereo.

Without the antenna connections, it won't do much of anything, but you may be able to navigate some menu's.

So powering it up without any coax connected to it wont send it in some weirdo loop that only the 921 knows lol.

Powering it up will serve no purpose. If you must unpack it, just connect everything except the power cord.
