942 starting to reboot

My 942 started to reboot every 30 min or so, any ideas what is going on?

Mine did this yesterday 6 times in a 3 hour period. CSR had me turn the unit off, both receivers, then pull the AC plug for about a minute. Came back up and it has not done it since.

Anyone know what the diagnostic counters are for?

I don't know about the DVR's but on a PC when this occurs it is almost always swollen or leaking capacitors.
