A new problem with recordings

When I records episodes of a show I create folders and keep them in there. I find it easier.
Well, something weird happened yesterday.
I record Tom Hanks' the Americas from one of the networks (satellite not OTA). Until yesterday I was able to select and move them into a folder named Nature. I have similar shows in there.
I used the remote, clicked 'Manage recordings' and one recording icon for the Americas was missing! I went back to original screen. It was there. I tried several times and no luck!
How is that possible? I am able to watch the recording. Manage Recordings feature will not show it.
Any solution to this?
I guess I can move those episodes from nature folder back to where they were. Do I have to?

I have Hopper3 and Joey2s. I don't know what is the latest update. If it is necessary I can check the devices later.

Is PrimeTime Anytime enabled? Network shows from the big 4 can't be moved to folders or external drives until after their save window is elapsed (check your PTAT settings). It's been this way forever.

Yes, it is enabled. If that's the case I probably waited little longer than usual before I moved them into Nature folder.
I tried it a minute ago. It worked!
I checked the recording date on it. April 6th. Today is 9th. If I am not mistaken I must wait 3 days before moving them.
