I have a VIP211K and since the "upgrade" that was pushed down several weeks ago I've had a weird issue with OTA. I can tell it to scan locals and I get 68 channels. Our primary PBS is ch 39 and ch 39 shows in the guide but if I go to it I get a blank screen and the message pops up saying no signal. This is only on the 211K, every other tuner locks it in fine at 80%.

So after tinkering and rescanning off and on for the past few weeks I hit on a fix today. First I had to find what the actual transmission ch was and it turned out to be ch 9. I went into setup but instead of scanning I selected to add a channel. I then selected ch 9 and let it find whatever it was going to find. The strength bar finally rolled out so I hit "Done", it saved it and lo & behold I finally have ch 39 back even though it said it found ch 69. This fix also worked on the wife's 211K. Go figure.

That is interesting, as my 211k always finds the right channels. Never had that issue.
channel 2 (Translator 26) scans in at 2.1/2.2/2.3/2.4 The same is true on the other ones as the translators are all on UHF and most of the channels being broadcast use their original 2/6/8/10/12 channels. Only one is UHF 49 (21 translator).
