last night we had a stong wind move thru at least for us it was according to personal weather station down the road max gusts last night where 32.0mph from the SSE i can say it was higher than that but the winds are gone now for the third time today while watching 360 fox news i have had three 771 messages i have started look at other channels on that transponder sat 99c tp13 below are some pics of my signal strength it is cloudy

Those signal strength numbers look good to me...was there heavy clouds in the area when you got the 771 messages, and how long did the message stay on?
 
I'd be looking at moisture issues with cabling or the LNB.

There's some darker clouds in the area now, but nothing signal threatening (no thunderheads or cloudburst type clouds).

Definitely good levels. Another thing to consider would be loose fittings. Either at the groundblock and/or switch, or even at the receiver.
