A/V problems HBOZ

I just watched something DVR recorded from HBOZ and it had constant A/V problems. Is it my receiver, DN, HBO? The receiver is the 722K. Signal strength is about 53. I haven't seen any problems on other channels. There's no LOS problems. It's possible it was windy when the recording was made but I don't think it was. Anyone else had problems with HBOZ?

The dish isn't solid enough. I climbed on the roof today and could see the dish bobbing in the wind. It's windy around here in the morning all the time.
