AAD payment question

I subscribe to the AAD distant network package, and I need to update my credit card info with them. Do they have an email address that I could use for this purpose? I would rather not phone them, and I don't want to call undo attention to my location. Also, would there be any problem with using a VISA gift card as the new payment method?

Good point about email and CC info. Despite my aversion to the telephone, I'll just use it for once.

Have fun while they try to sell you everything from cell phones to Hughesnet sat internet. They keep you on the phone forever sometimes to sell stuff from their Sobongo website, which sometimes leads to them getting distracted and screwing up the billing etc.

Not my experience. I just changed from SD to HD DNS and the transaction was terse with no add-on selling.

I did not have any problems when I updated my info a short time ago.

Did not try to sell me anything. Must depend on the CSR.
