Access Television - FTA?

Hi Guys,
Does anyone know anything about Access Television on Anik F1 @ 107w?

Lyngsat lists this channel as an FTA channel on transponder 11959V VPID 914 APID 351

I tried it and my quality meter on my Viewsat Ultra jumps up and down erratically from 40% to 100% but I don't get the channel.

Is there something else I need to do to get it?

That's a Digicipher encoded stream. You can't tune it with the Ultra, which will only lock DVB.

you can pick it up with a old (previously subbed) Starchoice unit

Big question...

can a previously subbed starchoice receiver get "other" DCII free to air channels ? or only these ones ?

and... would a 4DTV receiver like a 922 get them ? I think so - right ?

a 4DTV can get them...my 905 can

BUT

I think there is an issue with the channel maps if you lock on AnikF1 with a 920 or 922 that forces you to master reset the receiver...see the threads above.

The 905 is immune to that
