Don't mean to offend anybody by the classification of "junk food TV" (and by that I mean those docu-reality shows) but, hey, I myself am finding myself addicted to the stuff on History Channel and Discovery Channels specifically. Like Desert Car Kings, Sons of Guns, Pawn Stars etc. Fun stuff to watch.
