Adding a hr21?????????

Directv has offered me another hr21 for 99.99 but my question is will they send it to my "service address" or can they send it to my billing address?? Or is my only rout is getting one from best buy for 199 and hooking it up myself?.

I wouldn't know for sure but I would think that they would send it to your service address because that is where you have reported your "service" to be. You can always ask though and see what they say.

I believe all service/equipment calls go to your service address. If you have "moved" then you will need to move back for the service call (then "move" again) or seek another outlet for the equipment.
