adding additional columns to "The List"

I think "The List" would be more useful if it had
a few additional columns like:

primary language(s)
primary category(s): i.e. religious, sports, news, weather
url to provider's homepage
whether the channel is always on or not.

Also, why are there encrypted channels on "The List"
I see alot of channels in red that show "powervu" and
other encryptions.

Sorry, I looked around and it seemed like this would be the appropriate forum.
I will repost in FTA. Might get more input from other members that way as well.
