adding an extra receiver. . .

what can i expect from DN by adding another receiver to the account and not havin that run to a phone line?

one guy told me that they may send a message on my sceen stating to call them to have it resolved and they will ask me to check a certain channel on recevier 1 and tell them whats on and then with receiver 2.

You don't have to have a Phone line hooked up anymore. Thats hasn't been required since Febuary. That was only on dual room receivers anyway.

dual room receivers? like the vip222k? because its two of these im talkin about.

Yes 222,622,625,722, even 322's.

But 2 doesn't matter, I've had 2 Dual room DVRs for 3 years, and 1 was only ever plugged in even when the phone line fee was inforced, and never had an issue.


Everyone complains about the audit team, but thats mostliky because something is fishy, Like 4 or 5 receivers on your account.

Most people don't need more then 4-6 rooms tops of service.

10 rooms , I'd start asking questions too.

Nothing will happen, except maybe you might not be able to order PPV through the remote.
