Do I call tech support to add the PI pack?

As far as I know you have to call. I never saw it mentioned online.

Everyone before mentioned having to call tech support - and often required CSR roulette to get someone who understood the PI pack.

I can tell you the Indians don't know what PI is. Go to tech support now that you have an account.
