Well I got my order in. The web site for ordering adult service is being worked on is why I got the pop up window to call them. As far as the three 722s cannot connect to customer service (menu 3) is because when you have both phone and Ethernet connected the phone will not work for customer service. It will go thru the Ethernet and it is not active right now. The 625 customer service (menu 3) works OK. Thanks for all the help from everybody.
