ALI Editor takes long time to upload firmware from STB to PC

Hi I am trying the Upload STB-->PC option using RS232 cable from a FTA Box in Ali Editor 3.0.3 just to back up my box software in case of any emergency.

It downloads user data file quickly but when .abs is selected as save format, it takes extremely long time and I cancelled it allready 3 time once it reached 64%
Pls tell if any settings need to be changed.
Also is there any restriction in using this Upload only for n number of times?

FinlayI used OpenBox S10 ALI Editor utility and it completed till 78-79% and STB reboted and start displaying A H on LED screen of the box
What does AH means , should I wait more longer to complete and is it indicating some error.

Use the rs232 loader instead and select full dump to save.Rs232 always takes a long time but should complete before the receiver attempts to reboot.I once saw a variation of the AH and actually showed AHA on a receiver that was ruined by anonymousx aug 1 firmware.

Hi Please provide rs232 loader tool lik, are you referring to eromupgrade.exe or is it different?
eromupgrade.exe didnt connect at all.
