Am I considered an existing customer? (1 Viewer)

I just had the dish installed last week, and in hindsight should have upgraded to the 811; however, I seem to be stuck with my 301. I don't have a HDTV yet, but will soon. Now they say I am stuck with the 301 for the entire year since I am with DHP. They won't let me upgrade now to the 811. :(

So my question, am I considered an existing customer and can get the 811 for $199, or do I have to pay full price?

Or do you guys have any other suggestions?

DHP customers are excluded from being able to participate in the 811 promotion for existing customers.

I did get the 522, so I guess I can't double dip. But I'll still try. :D

Anyone have an extra #2 remote for the 522???
