Am I the only customer running U210

For months now I have heard of customers running U213 and now U221. Yet, both of my HWS are still running U210. Is anyone else still on version U210?

When was your last connect?

I have two HWS'. They are on EA. I'm not sure what you mean by last connect.

It will be there.

Unplug the Hopper and force a reboot. See, if this gets you the latest update. If that does not work, use the button pushes that you used to originally get CUI and see if that updates it.

I did try this already several times now before posting this. But suddenly today, my two HWS updated. Strange after all of these months.
