Annual account??

When i try to look at my programming online, it says that I cant view it because I have an annual account. Dish said that this is due to the cinemax/1c deal. Is everyone else experiencing the same?

yep. Having cinemax for a penny flags your account as annual so you can't do anything to it online.

That sucks. I was going to check if I qualify for the hbo/starz for 3 mos deal even though I just canceled hbo/starz after my initial free 3 mo for being a new customer. I guess I gotta call.
