Sha Ka Ree.
Nicholson already was one of nine Bengals players arrested during a nine-month span, turning the team into a prime example of player misconduct. The team had gone four months without having a player arrested.

Police in nearby Taylor Mill, Ky., arrested Nicholson after a woman called 911 on Friday afternoon to say she had been assaulted by the second-year player. He was charged with fourth-degree assault, a misdemeanor.

Another Bungle arrested.

the Bungles have a crappy scouting system and draft troubled players then seem "shocked" when one of the turds acts like a turd. I feel sorry for Bengals fans, but one bit of sorrow for the team...they reap what they sow.

ALL this crap the Bengals have done totally outdo ANYTHING my Miami Hurricanes have done. I mean all of the crap that has happened down here has been within 2-3 or 4 year span....this crap is ALL WITHIN A YEAR!!! These guys are ALSO OLDER and should know better....now I am not condoning anything the Hurricane players have done in the last 3 years....but there is a BIG difference between college players and NFL players.....this Bengals teams makes my 'Canes look like boy scouts!!

Agreed,

I really don't know what my Bengals management are thinking.

They probly thought that inorder to compete with Pittsburgh and Baltimore in the division, they would trade morals with talent, and hope the players would grow out of there "troubled pasts".

They can't say they didn't know that for example Henry was a problem.

In evaluating Henry, coincidentally a teammate of Jones' at WVU, Bengals brass had to consider how he was ejected from a game against Rutgers after being flagged for two unsportsmanlike-conduct penalties. He also was suspended for a half against Temple and known for being disrespectful to coaches. Cincinnati drafted him in the third round anyway.

Eighteen months later, Henry had been arrested four times, including once in Orlando on multiple gun charges. He was wearing his Bengals jersey at the time. Proud moment for the franchise.

IMO you also have to blame WVU.

Well looks like Chris Henry is in the news again. They are saying that his second test was negative for drugs but who knows for sure. He just needs to stay at home and never go out until it's time to play.

Allow me to inject a moment of humanity into the police blotter known as the NFL. Ahman Green, now a Houston Texan, wanted to acquire his old number (30) from one of his new teammates (name escapes me). Instead of demanding cash, a vacation for his family, or a new addition on his house, like most players do, this player asked that Green donate a down payment for a house for a single parent in the players charity program. Ahman agreed and the number is his. Apparently they're not all thugs and criminals afterall. This news made me all warm and fuzzy inside this morning.

That's a great story. Too bad these stories don't get told on TV more often than the "He's in trouble" stories do.
