Another netflix issue with Joey (wireless)

I have a hopper 3 in the living room and 3 wireless joeys in the upstairs bedrooms. Netflix works good on the Hopper, and the Master bedroom wireless joey, it is "unavailable" on one of the other bedroom wireless joeys. Reset the joey, the hopper, the WAP several times and still not working on that joey. I did find that the stepson had the wireless joey covered up so it may have had a heat issue but worked fine other than Netflix so I doubt that was the issue.
