Another way to report prblems?

Is there another way to send a report to Directv? For the past month every time I do the CE update on my H24 it kills the Internet. So when I go to Misc. options there's nothing there so I can't send a report.

Sure, just post your issue in the thread specific to that update. Directv will see it.

I have the same problem here on my h24 700 the past few weeks when I do the ce.I have to go back and put the nce on the receiver to get the internet working.
